Please join TnBAA for a special presentation with Amanda Ferraro. Amanda will be giving an overview of the FAA NPRM on Part 5 SMS. Part 91 Flight Departments that operate outside the U.S., Part 135, Part 145, Manufacturers, and Flight Schools will all benefit from this discussion. 

For some background, there was a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) released on January 10 that would update and extend Part 5 SMS requirements to Part 135 outfits, certain Part 21 certificate holders, and air tours operating under FAR 91.147. There is a comment period now through April 11. Please join this discussion so you can be informed prior to the comment period ending. You can read the NPRM here.
